General do’s & don'ts
1. Reach 10 minutes befor time. Wear comfortable clothes that allow your skin to breathe. Cotton fabric is most suitable
2. Listen to the instructions carefully for safe and effective practice. Keep your video on and keep yourself clearly visible to the teacher.
3. Keep an empty stomach. At least 3 hours must have elapsed before heavy Yogasana practice
4. Stay committed but know your limitations. Listen to your body and breath. Never exert yourself. You are responsible for your own saftey.
